Lunches are bustling and busy, dinners are calmer and intimate, and brunches are relaxed and family friendly. Our current menu offers authentic Scandinavian cuisine that you will be delighted with.

Our grand opening in the last week of May 2014 was more than we had expected.  Word-of-mouth travels fast.  Patrons came from far and wide and many came multiple times a day!

We are pleased that our diners enjoy our cuisine as much as we do planning and preparing them.    

Owner Preben Mortensen is from Denmark and he offers other delicious foods from his homeland’s neighboring countries.   Try our interesting breakfast with European jams, jellies and butter, our 13 different salads and special entrees for lunch and dinner.  Our popular desserts are our own culled and perfected from time tested recipes.   Preben’s wife Angie is an important component of Scandia as she handles the daily operations and customer service as well.

With respect to tradition, a penchant for excellence and the conviction to try new techniques and ingredients, Scandia transforms Scandinavian cuisine with extraordinary care.  For lunch, we serve Scandinavian classics such as Frikadeller, Gravlax and Herring.

For dinner, our entrees include five choices of our popular soups or our house salad. The dining room is modern with artwork that will remind you of Europe and enhances your dining experience. In the Bar you can savor a variety of Scandinavian tastes and wine tailored to your selections ideal for a date, casual meeting or an after-work gathering.
